Payment Total payment is due by the end of your paint session. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your visit we request notification 2 hours in advance. Duration We have no time limit, you may return to continue painting at a different time for no additional fee. Pottery Pick-Up Pottery pieces will be glazed and kiln-fired by our staff. We will notify you via text message in about 7-14 days when items are finished and ready for pickup. We pride ourselves on providing guests with the best final product, turn around time may be subject to change. We hold pottery for 60 days after you have been contacted for pick up. If items are not picked up will dispose of them. Behavior Expectations Guests are expected to treat materials, equipment, and others with respect. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from establishment. Liability The Color Wheel is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or lost/stolen items. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children.
